Pielsticker Park Splash Pad
The Jim Pielsticker playground is a one-acre play area in Tulsa’s largest city park. The primary goal was to create another “destination” attraction to compliment the Tulsa Zoo. Initial Design studies incorporated water play with innovative play structures to create a unique and diversified experience. A key element of the conceptual designs was the creation of a shaded central plaza that provided for viewing all activities. An animal theme creates a whimsical environment on the playground and provides a visual connection to the nearby Tulsa Zoo.
