The Edge
Alaback Design worked with Parker Associates (Architect) and American Residential Group to create a mid rise downtown urban apartment complex. The focal point for the project is the courtyard.

The final design included a stylish pool with waterfalls providing some pleasing white noise. An etched glass rail proclaiming the project name is lit up at night.

Colored concrete and pavers provide areas for relaxing, as well as opportunities to gather with friends. A raised deck area provides access to a furnace fire pit and seating area. An outdoor kitchen provides outdoor cooking and dining opportunities.

The site also provided a dog park area, a secondary private courtyard, a parking structure and great access to all the new downtown improvements.
