STARLA FUSSELL, RLA

Mrs. Fussell has 32 years of diversified experience in landscape architecture and an in-depth knowledge of plant materials throughout the United States. Her background is in master planning, land use planning, and site planning for institutional, commercial and government projects, including environmental studies for the US government, but also has design experience in university, multi-family, medical, office parks, residential and planned-unit developments. She has received training in graphic art presentation through the internationally known Mike Lin Workshop.
