Alaback Design helped the home owner with site analysis on multiple sites in a Midtown Tulsa neighborhood, to select the perfect lot to build a new home.  They had to consider neighboring lot activity, privacy, and possible drainage issues from neighborhood elevation changes.

After choosing the location, (and removing many damaged trees and brush) the firm designed a low maintenance, yet sophisticated outdoor space on a double lot to provide the maximum amount of privacy in the new home’s placement.  The lawn is synthetic with a stepping stone path around the yard for the grand kids to play hide and seek, and a unique pillar fountain.
