Alaback Design provided landscape architectural expertise in the planning for this exciting observation deck on Riverside Drive in Tulsa, OK.  Design included shaded seating of the observation deck, bicycle parking, binoculars, staircase and detailing along the Arkansas River’s running and bike trails.
