Alaback Design Associates worked with TDK Construction on this luxury apartment community. In addition to a rooftop lounge and outdoor porch, the outdoor space has a covered trellis and television for outdoor entertaining.

There are private cabanas for relaxing by the resort style pool. The pool features tanning ledges, a shelf for lounging in the water, and waterfalls for a peaceful effect.
