Alaback Design Associates’ attention to detail is evident in the design of the landscape for this luxury apartment community in Winter Park Florida. Recently completed, residents of Vintage Winter Park have many opportunities to connect with nature or enjoy a resort style community. Amenities include 25 meter pool with waterfalls and plenty of deck to enjoy the sun! There is also a gym, shade structures, and an outdoor kitchen.

We created a dog park, doggie wash area, and a playground for the 4 footed kids.

As with many of our projects, the developer was given several conceptual options for design features and amenities. This is an example of how the firm exceeds expectations and ensures complete satisfaction.
