Westminster Promenade

This regional mixed-used development integrated a 24-screen movie theater with retail shops and restaurants.  It is oriented around a dramatic pedestrian plaza with water features, pavilions and other amenities. Significant efforts were taken to insure that a strong design theme created a unique atmosphere.  Since its completion, Westminster Promenade has become a highly successful destination for Denver area residents.
